brisk's training

flys in lands and rapidly punches and kicks a tree until it falls and does that to 9 other trees also then adds elbows and knees and does that on 20 more trees then breathes heavily(1)

then flys up and practices my flying does backflips and makes sharp turns then flys in circles full speed till he is too dizzy to fly anymore(2)

brisk sprints up a mountin shooting ki blasts at trees working on speed and acuracy then stops near the top then ties rocks to his ankels then runs the rest of the mouintin then down then up again(3)

then puts heavy weights my back and does 1000 push ups....100.....200.....300.....400.....500.....600.....700.....800.....900.....1000 then takes the weights off(4)

lands combos on a dummy.....right left right left right left right left right left right kick to the head back flip kamehameha!!!!! destroys the dummy(5)

then i take a break and eat some chicken....mmm this is good

then gets up and does kamehameha to 10 dummys then rushes at them from the side and jump kicks their heads off if it already wasn't off(6)

then shoots ki blasts at trees until they fall.....1.....2.....3.....4......5.....6.....7......8.....9......10

there 10 trees(7)

then swims across a river with rocks tied to ankels and wrists swims for 10 miles then swims under water for 5 miles returning to top for air( 8 )

climbs out and practices flying does spins andshoots ki blasts and hits every target not perfectly but hit them and lands then runs at a giant boulder and punches it in the center and it cracks and breaks(9)

then sprints down a path and jumps over fallen trees while sprinting then runs through the fallen trees breaking them in half(10)

i Punch a boulder until my knuckels bleed and it shatters and i hit the falling pieces......75 of 100 "good enough" then i stomp the rest of the pieces(1)

then i sprint up the mountin again but this time from the begining i have stones tied to my ankels but the are 15 pounds each(2)

*floats down beside you floating by your side as you run*your really slow...

then i jump off the mountin and fly full speed across the place then shoots a kamehameha at a tree while flying and missed completly(3)

why do you choose to be slow?

*try to shoot a kamehameha at another tree while flying again then i bearly hit it*getting better.......and i'm trying to get faster ok(4)
