More member on this site

Hey every one i was wondering if there was a way to inform alot of people maybe on the other naruto rpg site or other sites so that this site can get more members

because its not very common that there are even about 7 or more people online at the same time and i just want more people on this site so that it doesnt get boring when other member are offline and new people are online

if im alllowed to do this how will i be able to do this??

admins please post and other can post if they want to.
